Dr Hassanali is better known by his team and patients as Taz.

​

He was born in Kenya, brought up in Sheffield and studied dentistry at the University of Leeds. After qualifying in 1998, he has taken many postgraduate courses in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry.

 

Taz joined Allestree Dental Practice in 1998 and became a Partner in 2010. His vision has been to focus on providing unparalleled patient care and offering the highest quality dentistry available.

Taz has been providing Invisalign since 2020 and has treated many patients using this amazing clear brace system. He also embraces and has mastery in contemporary cutting-edge treatments such as smile makeovers, composite bonding and composite veneers to name just a few.

He is super friendly and very easy to get on with and always likes to create a fun and relaxed vibe in surgery for his patients.

In his spare time, Taz enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter and two sons. He is a keen photographer and a fan of all sports including Football (Liverpool FC) and Cricket (Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club).
